This seminar will help delegates to understand the risks associated with food allergens, positive steps that can be taken to manage these risks as part of a HACCP system together with the legal duties regarding food labelling.

Dr Andy Bowles - Andy is a specialist food law solicitor who has years of experience gained as a Quality Assurance Manager in the dairy industry and as Acting Head of Environmental Health at a London Borough. He has lectured extensively on food law matters on behalf of the Food Standards Agency.
The seminar will be held in the ABC Food Law Executive box at Norwich City Football Club, Carrow Road, Norwich. There is free on site parking and the venue is a short walk from Norwich station (London Liverpool St 1 hr 50 mins)
