Summary
This is the first in a series of four webinars on HACCP. It includes a brief introduction to HACCP and then considers the preliminary stages of HACCP design.
What does the webinar include?
This webinar considers the importance of adequate pre-requisites, and then looks at the preliminary stages of HACCP studies including the selection of an appropriate HACCP team, describing the food, distribution, intended use and customers and then the development and verification of process flow diagrams.
