What does the webinar include?
This webinar provides delegates with information regarding the main chemical, physical and microbiological characteristics of milk. The main pathogens associated with milk are discussed with particular emphasis on Campylobacter and listeria.
The session includes a discussion of the most common taints associated with milk and their likely causes and a review of the most common laboratory tests.
