This two day course is intended to assist local authority officers identify and apply appropriate controls in establishments which require approval under Regulation (EC) 853/2004.
The first day provides a summary of the requirements for approval including a review of relevant legislation and guidance. Day 2 is a practical workshop where delegates will work through a dairy and meat products approval application.
