Consistency training in Scotland
We are running three separate courses to assist enforcement officers to make consistent decisions:
Hygiene Interventions: Considers the proposed changes to the Food Law Code of Practice and explores the appropriate use of official controls and other interventions in food businesses.
Hygiene Risk Rating: Reviews the risk rating scoring scheme contained in Annex 5 of the Code of Practice. Delegates are invited to risk rate a number of scenarios.
Hygiene Enforcement: Considers the appropriate use of hygiene enforcement powers to resolve non-compliance.
