Who should attend?

This course is Level 4 HABC accredited and is aimed at persons who already hold or aspire to management positions in the catering and hospitality sectors.

The course is taught over 5 days with another day for assessments.

Cost

The course fee of £495 + vat (£594 inc vat) per person includes:

  • Comprehensive course materials
  • A copy of the course textbook “Hygiene for Management” by Richard Sprenger
  • Lunch and refreshments
  • All assessment fees

Venue

The course will be delivered at our Executive Box at Norwich City Football Club, Carow Road Norwich. There is ample free parking on site and the venue is a short walk from Norwich Station.

The course is currently scheduled for consecutive Mondays 09:30 - 17:00
