We have developed this service following requests from several of our local authority clients.

It has been designed to assist enforcement officers working in any discipline in local government to understand the rules relating to criminal investigations in England and Wales.

The service inludes short video tutorials (typically 10-15 minutes long), "live" and "on-demand" webinars (typically 1-hour long each) and online courses (typically 2 hours each) on a range of topics including:

• Interviewing suspects
• Gathering and handling evidence
• Surveillance
• Witness statements
• Expert witnesses
• Giving evidence in court
