Summer School 2016
This year we are running three courses in Manchester and London on the following topics:
Day 1: HACCP for TSOs
Day 2: Detention and seizure of food
Day 3: Safe production of beef burgers in catering establishments
The cost is £175 + vat (£210.00 inc Vat) per place but there are multiple place discounts available.
Two places for £300 + vat
Three places for £395 + vat
Four or more places £105 + vat each place.
