A former director of a Brierley Hill takeaway has been banned from being involved in the running of a food business, after being sentenced at Wolverhampton Crown Court.

Kuljit Baines has been handed a 33-week imprisonment sentence (suspended for 18 months) and was ordered to pay £1,000 towards costs, after pleading guilty to 12 food hygiene offences.
